One of the best dentists in Akron. I've lived in Akron most of my life and been to quite a few dentists, this one is the best. They are quick to schedule you, and when you get there they treat you like a person. I have had really severe dental anxiety and couldn't stop shaking during my first appointment, no one made me feel bad and one of the amazing techs was helping calm me down. I've had a few appointments there now to fix up my teeth (genetic condition and wisdom teeth destroyed them) and I think they are doing an amazing job at restoring my teeth. They are quick, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend this dentist.

I had a wonderful experience here. I haven’t been to a dentist in quite some time and the staff was all friendly. Dr. Gregg Mendel and his assistant Sarah were very helpful in developing a plan for my dental health while being very kind and taking the time to explain. Melaina was excellent in getting my next appointment scheduled and was very efficient in providing my paper work and information I needed.

Melaina at Alpha Dental is amazing! She was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and really helped ease my anxiety about my upcoming appointment. I left feeling understood and supported. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Alpha Dental office in the Acme Plaza. They were able to get me in the next day, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The doctor was very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly without being condescending. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I recommend this Dental Office to everyone! I went in for my first visit about a week ago. The atmosphere was peaceful and office was clean and in order. The music playing was inspirational and the whole office was decorated with encouraging words. The front desk staff were very professional and kind. They made me feel comfortable and they cared. The assistants were professional and kind as well, they made me feel as if we knew each other for a long time. I appreciate the whole staff taking the time to listen and answering all my questions. I went in today to have my tooth pulled and OMG, Dr. Mendel was amazing! He was very professional and kind. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and made me feel very comfortable with having my tooth pulled. He came in the room and did a great job pulling my tooth out, he was quick and the procedure was not painful. I am so grateful for everyone in this office and I pray many blessings over the staff and their families. This office has the right ones in the right position, I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to this office.

I got my wisdom teeth removed here and had such a good experience! I ended up switching here for routine dental care. Michelle and Melina at the front desk are super kind and welcoming. Megan, Sarah, and Janette make you feel relaxed and comfortable and Dr. Mendel is super knowledgeable and informative! I recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist or needing their wisdom teeth out.

Melaina has been so helpful with scheduling, and answering any and all questions I may have! Mr. Gregg Mendel has been attentive and also answered all the questions I have asked! Janette did an AMAZING job at my fillings, absolutely no complaints! Very thankful to have been able to work with each of the employees at Alpha Dental Akron! They have truly helped me with my fear of the dentist and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience at Alpha Dental in Akron. The staff was very helpful, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my entire visit. I cannot recommend this Dentist enough! If I could give it more stars, I would! The moment I walked in, They never belittled me and maybe feel anything less. I had a bad anxiety from my dental care. Dr Mendal always made me feel comfortable and made sure that I was in any kind of pain. He always took my concern seriously answered any questions every time I had questions Megan Janette was always there, Explained everything nicely and not disrespectfully. Sarah always lead a hand ;) through the process i trust them. And so glad I did! The front desk staff were always welcoming Michelle & Melaina always smiles greeted me. They took the time to make my Thanksgiving great by checking to see if my dentures were in before that was HUGE and I will always recommend anyone here! I feel beautiful again because of this crew! :) and they alway have great music playing ;) thats a huge plus hugs too all! <3 Iris Guthrie
